• Booking & payment: transaction metadata via our processor (we do not store full card/bank details).
• Usage data & cookies: standard analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and functional cookies for booking, preferences, and performance.

How we use data

• To schedule and deliver your session(s) and add-ons.
• To personalize insights (e.g., grid, name alignment).
• To send confirmations, reminders, PDFs, and follow-ups.
• To improve our services and website performance.
• With your consent, to request or display testimonials.

Sharing & third parties

We don’t sell your data. We share minimal data with trusted providers to run our service: payment processors, scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), video platforms (Zoom/Google Meet), communications (WhatsApp/email), and analytics. Each processes data under its own policy.

Retention

• Reading notes/PDFs/WhatsApp support context: typically 12–24 months, unless you request deletion earlier (unless we must retain for legal reasons).

• Request deletion of WhatsApp threads after your access window ends.

Minors
