Refunds and Cancellations

Our stance

Readings are time-based, personalized services. We do not offer refunds for completed or missed sessions, digital files (PDFs), or WhatsApp support once activated.

Rescheduling

• Reschedule free with 24-hour notice.
• No-show or <24-hour notice = session considered consumed (no refund/credit).

Our cancellations

If we cancel or a platform outage prevents delivery, you’ll receive a free reschedule or a service credit equal to the amount paid (your choice). Credits are valid 6 months.

Add-on delays or errors

If a PDF/report is delayed beyond the stated window, we’ll prioritize delivery. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we’ll redeliver promptly. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks

Because services are custom and time-reserved, initiating a chargeback after delivery/attendance violates these terms. Please contact [support@numbervibes.in] to resolve any issue.

What we don’t guarantee

Numerology reflects patterns; it doesn’t predict outcomes. Decisions you make after a session are your responsibility.
