1) Who we are

NumberVibes (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by NumberVibes, based in Mohali, Punjab. Contact: suris@numbervibes.in / WhatsApp: +91 79 7305 5921.

2) Nature of service

We offer Vedic numerology guidance (e.g., Initial Alignment, Full Chart Reading, Name Alignment, Business Energy Reading, Annual Energy Map, Compatibility Reading) delivered via online sessions and digital materials (PDFs/WhatsApp follow-ups). Readings are reflective and insight-oriented; they are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and do not guarantee outcomes.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to book. If 16–17, a parent/guardian must book and attend. We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion (with a credit—see Refunds & Cancellations).

4) Booking & payments

  • Sessions are payable in full, in advance (INR) via our third-party processor (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe).
  • A booking is confirmed after successful payment and receipt of our calendar invite.
  • Prices may change without prior notice; confirmed bookings are honored at the paid price.

5) Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate details (name(s), birthdate(s), contact info, any context you choose to share). For Compatibility/Business readings you confirm you have permission to share another person’s/business details if applicable.

6) Session format & delivery

Sessions occur via Zoom/Google Meet/Phone at IST unless otherwise stated. Add-on PDFs are delivered to your email/WhatsApp. We don’t record sessions unless all participants consent.

7) Intellectual property

All site content, session frameworks, PDFs, logos, and artwork are our IP. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your private reference only. You won’t copy, republish, or redistribute without written permission.

8) Appropriate use

Please be respectful. We may terminate a session without refund for abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.

9) Testimonials & marketing

If you share a testimonial, you grant us permission to display it (first name + initial, city/job title) on the site and socials. We will always honor a removal request.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

11) Changes to terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
